Paid Training for Your Success     The Mortgage Doctor offers a unique and practical training program that combines classroom, one-on-one, and team training from top-notch industry professionals dedicated to your success.  During the
13-week course in Mortgage Finance, our Corporate Trainer, Team Leaders and individual mentors all work together to guide your learning and to provide support.  Your training will encompass all the technical, industry and sales knowledge necessary for you to excel in your new career. 

Our Investment in You     The Mortgage Doctor invests an average of $14,500 to develop each new Mortgage Specialist into a knowledgeable professional.  In fact, most learn more in their first few months than others in our industry learn in their first few years. We will provide you with the knowledge and experience required to earn the industry title of “Mortgage Specialist”.  It’s simply the best hands-on mortgage training and education available anywhere!
 

Mortgage Specialist Compensation      The Mortgage Doctor provides generous salaries that exceed industry norms plus lucrative monthly bonuses based on production.   It’s a compensation package providing the perfect marriage of stability, unlimited income potential, and unmatched benefits.

Loan officers at traditional mortgage companies only write 2-3 loans per month and are often out pounding the pavement. At The Mortgage Doctor we write 8-12 loans per month – and we do it within the comfort of an inside sales environment.
